The International Short Film Festival "Almería en Corto’ celebrates its 12th edition with the firm intention to step forward and establish itself as an unmissable event in this genre worldwide.
This year, from 3rd to 7th December, the International Short Film Festival "Almería en Corto" returns with a selection of the best of the genre from around the world and many new features, organized by the Diputación Provincial de Almería.
According to the success of the previous editions, the Festival will be held again at the Auditorio Municipal Maestro Padilla thanks to the cooperation of the City Hall of Almería.
In the wake of the XI Short Film Festival, this year the organization of 'Almeria en Corto' retells the invaluable collaboration of much of Almería society, wich has again demonstrated its involvement in an event that is already a tradition in this 'Land of Cinema'.
The Festival will install again reflection and meeting spaces for professionals, historians and film critics, also fostering relations with other national and international film festivals.
The Festival also keeps its close collaboration with the "Almería, land of Cinema Project’ , which helps us to value our past, present and future in film industry.
From 3rd to 7th December you are all invited to the biggest film event held in Almería.
